Product identifier formats

NearSt accepts the following product identifier types: barcode, gtin, and sku.

Type Column Header Format Description

GTIN gtin 8, 12, 13 or 14 digit numeric string When available, please supply an EAN-13 code. The preferred input format is either EAN-13 (EU) or UPC-A (US), but other formats (if complying to the length requirements) will also work.

ISBN barcode 10 or 13 digit numeric string Preferred format is ISBN-13. ISBN-10 codes are automatically converted to ISBN-13 before being stored.
